The requirement for a CRM assessment training results from the EASA AirOps under AMC1 ORO. FC.115&215, section h.

Trainers (SFI/CRI/TRI) and examiners (SFE/CRE/TRE) as well as training pilots (supervision pilots) and line checkers are affected.

An important part of the training is the introduction to the principles of the JAR-TEL NOTECHS system

JAR = Joint Aviation Requirement

TEL = Translation and Elaboration of Legislation

NOTECHS = Non Technical Skills
